Deli Chicchi café, food store and catering is in Mount Claremont, on the corner of Strickland St and Asquith St, in Mt Claremont Village.

Inspired by the traditional deli and food stores of Europe, our environment is warm, stylish and homely. We focus on fresh food which changes daily using quality seasonal ingredients.  And of course we serve great coffee – our own blend from Fiori.

Shelves of provisions, food books, gifts and treats line one wall and fridges and cabinets display delicious take home meals.

Consistently awarded and applauded we are proud that STM Magazine (19.08.07) included Deli Chicchi, Mt Claremont in a list of Perth’s top ten cafes after only operating for five weeks. Since then we have also consistently featured in the West Australian Newspaper “Fresh” supplement as Perth’s Best. The Food Lovers’ Guide to Perth features the café in the gourmet, and caterers sections, and says about Mt Claremont, “This popular café, with its big, curvy art deco window has become THE meeting place in Mt Claremont. There’s a friendly buzz of people coming all day long: earlybird business men on the way to the office, mum’s grabbing a coffee-to-go after school drop-off… and the Greek men’s beach swimming club” (p.99, p.240).

Breakfasts menus change seasonally and include fancy fare and plain goodness alike. Like mushroom ragu with duck egg, crepes with sweet ricottas, beautiful breakfast wraps, freshly baked pastries and muffins.  And lunches, sandwiches and take home meals change daily and include beautiful seasonal salads, tagines, stuffed peppers and buttery flans. You can also trust us with all your catering needs. Word of mouth is our best advertisement and chances are you have tasted our food somewhere at a recent function. You can hire our café for your evening do, or have your selection from our catering menu pre-packed ready for you to pick-up. Deli Chicchi is open 7 days: Monday to Friday 7am-5:30pm and on the weekends from 7:00am-4pm.
